I've enjoyed staying here to be out town. But the services aren't the best. It's quiet place for sure. Beautiful views. But you will need to have rv setup where you don't need washer, dryer or bath house of you want to stay comfortable. The cell service is minimal at best if at all. But If you want a nice quite place away from it all this is it.
The water systems water is yellow and smells. The sewer is leaking all over and they don't plan on fixing it. The roads are full of potholes. The dock is not safe to walk on. The dock in the pictures they show is a private dock no one can go on. Why do people think just because you are by water you can call a place a resort it's a dump. Don't believe me drive on in and take a look yourself. Oh and the pictures that show the camper spots with concrete pads are only the first few camper spots in the front of the park the rest are dirt and mud.
Don't know who wrote the previous reviews but I have 3 words.....WHAT A DUMP! Paid for 2 days (only asked for 1 but was told there was a 2 day minimum). Left the first morning.
We currently visited our friends at Beach City RV Resort in March 2017. Absolutely loved it. We were able to sit out under the Palm trees near the bay and go fishing and crabbing . It was a very enjoyable time. It was quiet, very breezy but comfortable enough to spend the entire day outside and enjoy the view of the bay. We will definitely be back to visit again soon.
This is my addition to above review after response from owner. I am a college educated senior who does not drink and speaks quite coherently. We were NOT lost and who gets lost with Google MAPS anyway? CLEAN UP YOU PARK INSTEAD OF WRITING DISHONEST REPLIES!
Looking great with the improvments. Can't wait to see the finished project. I always enjoy the simplicity here.
